The first step in the admissions process is to schedule a visit to our school. This visit is an opportunity for you and your child to explore the Maple Bear environment, meet our team, and gain a deeper understanding of our bilingual curriculum. During the visit, you will have the chance to ask questions and see our classrooms in action.
We encourage parents to visit the school along with their child. This allows your child to get a feel for the school atmosphere and engage in introductory activities. Our team will also have the opportunity to observe your child in an informal setting, ensuring a smooth transition should they join the Maple Bear community.
Depending on the grade level and the school's requirements, your child may be asked to complete an English language assessment. This assessment helps us understand your child’s language proficiency and readiness for our bilingual program. The need for this test varies, and our admissions team will inform you if it is necessary.
Once all steps have been completed, including the school visit and language assessment (if applicable), our admissions team will review the application. You will be notified promptly regarding the admission decision. If approved, the next step will be to complete the enrollment process via our parents portal and prepare for your child’s first day at Maple Bear!
